Welcome to Silfira’s website. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

• Services
  Silfira is a student-led consulting organization that works with clients for short, project-based engagements. Standard project duration is two weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

• Payment
  Payments can be made either fully in advance or in divided installments, as chosen by the client. The project fee is due one (1) day prior to the commencement of the project (or one day before the next phase, in case of installment payments). Work will not begin until the respective payment is received.

 

• Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
  All ideas, strategies, concepts, and materials developed by Silfira remain the intellectual property of Silfira. We may showcase strategies, outcomes, and growth rates as part of case studies, marketing materials, or social media.
  Silfira will not disclose any company statistics or internal data shared by the client. Only results and content developed by Silfira may be used or published. Clients are granted the right to use all deliverables for their own business purposes.

• Confidentiality
  Any sensitive business information shared with Silfira will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, unless required by law.

• Liability
  Silfira is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services or website. All recommendations and strategies are implemented at the client’s discretion.

 

• Website Use
  All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, and case studies, is owned by Silfira and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.

• Termination & Cancellation
  Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. In the event of client cancellation, 50% of the total project fee will be retained by Silfira as a cancellation fee. If the project has already commenced, no refunds will be provided for completed work.

 

• Changes to Terms
  Silfira reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.

 

• Disclaimer
  Silfira is a student-led organization. Services are project-based and advisory in nature.
